{little itty bitty mini makeover – a preview}

I got this $10 jewelry box today and GW (goodwill) – i loved the lines of it and saw some potential in its chunky little body.  I am going to give her a little love and will post the finished result tomorrow.  FYI – i am totally using this blog as a way to motivate myself to get some things done ;)  If i post a before here…i must come back and post the after – i just couldn’t leave ya hangin like that!

    I'm tempted to do that too but I'm not quite ready for that amount of pressure. Can't wait to see the after!

    Hey Sausha. I like your theory re. getting things done. Since I startd my blog I've achieved so much because I'm so excited about sharing new projects with everyone!

    That is EXACTLY why I blog! I get so much more accomplished when I say I'm going to do it on my blog…I feel like I can't let people down (ha).

    Cute little jewelry box!

    Oh I know…I am feeling guilty right now…I have people waiting for a bathroom reveal and it is taking way too long.

    Just found your blog through another one I read regularly. Funny I said the same thing at one point. I would see this projects and think I can do that. Mind you I have never crafted in my life!! It's fun learning anyway! Great ideas and great style!

    just found your blog and all your great projects. did you do all the work yourself? (WD shelf, mirror frame, etc) very impressive! I have a family member in Iraq as well. We appreciate all our soldiers! Have a wonderful welcome home in May.

    Very cute! I have an old jewelry box and my old doll dresser (about the same size), and I think I'll try what you did on them. Love what you did! Linda

    Loved your mirror in your laundry room. What paint/stain did you use on it? I notice you got a lot of comments on it and questions, but I didn’t see any type of reply or answers from you. Are they somewhere else? thanks
